Use case: sales

Know which deals are warming up.

Send decks, proposals and pricing as links instead of attachments. See what each buying group reads, follow up where the interest is, and switch a link off the moment a deal changes.

Try it for 14 days for $1, then plans from $20 a month. Plans from $20 a month. Cancel any time.

How it plays out

An example: Bark Robotics, a fictional warehouse-robotics company, selling to a logistics firm.

  1. After the demo

Bark's account executive sends Northwind Logistics one link to an evaluation room: the deck, pricing, the security overview and the demo video. Anyone at northwindlogistics.com can open it after verifying their email.

  2. The buying group reads

Northwind's head of operations reads the deck end to end and spends longest on the commercial model. A few days later their CTO opens the security overview.

  3. A sharper follow-up

The next call starts with pricing and security, because that's where Northwind spent its time. When procurement joins, they get their own link to the pricing sheet, set to expire in 30 days.

Every account in one place

Everyone who opens a link lands in one place with the company they work for. Each company becomes an account with its contacts and links together, shared across your team.

  • An email when someone at the account opens a link
  • Time on each slide and page, and which accounts keep coming back
  • Accounts tagged your way, like Prospect or Hot
  • Links from your own domain (Enterprise)

More on document tracking

The accounts list: companies with colour-coded tags such as Prospect and Hot, and how many
                      contacts and links each has.

What sales teams share

  • Intro and enterprise decks
  • Proposals and quotes
  • Pricing sheets
  • Security overviews for the buyer's review
  • Case studies
  • Product demo videos

Common questions

Can each person in the buying group get their own link?

Yes. Create as many links as you need. Each link's views are tracked separately, and they all sit under the company's account.

What if the deck gets forwarded?

That depends on the link. An open link works for whoever has it. A link limited to verified addresses at the company only lets in people there, and you get an email if someone else tries.

Can I change the pricing after I've sent it?

Yes. Replace the file and every link to it shows the new version.
